WEET-BIX Berry Breakfast Pizza

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Natures Source (granola with ancient grains)
  • ½ cup desiccated coconut
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 1/2 cups double cream yoghurt
  • Coconut flakes
  • Strawberries, blueberries and pomegranate seeds

Method

  1. In a large bowl, combine 3 cups muesli, coconut, peanut butter and honey.
  2. Once mixed, spread the mixture onto a pizza tray, lined with a sheet of baking paper. Refrigerate until hardened.
  3. Once set, place the pizza base onto a serving plate or board and top with a double layer of double cream yoghurt.
  4. Arrange the fresh berries and pomegranate seeds on top.
  5. Sprinkle with flaked coconut to resemble cheese and a drizzle of honey.
