Oat & coconut date balls

Ingredients
125 ml Bokomo Traditional Oats
250g dates
Pinch of cinnamon
5ml orange zest
500 ml water, boiled
Cocoa powder for coating
Coconut for coating
Method
1. Blend oats to a fine powder using a blender.
2. Soak dates in boiling water for 5 min.
3. Drain the dates well.
4. Combine the oats, dates, cinnamon and orange zest in a food processor and blend until a smooth paste.
5. Make 12 equal size balls.
6. Roll half the balls in cocoa powder and the other half in coconut
