OAT peach & yoghurt smoothie

Ingredients
- 60ml Bokomo Traditional Oats
- 1ripe banana
- 125 ml tinned peaches
- 60ml cashew nuts (unsalted)
- 250ml water
- 60ml double cream yoghurt
Method
- 1. Soak oats in half the water for 5 min.
- 2. Combine all other ingredients together in a blender and blend until a thick, smooth purée is formed.
