Ingredients

125 ml Bokomo Traditional Oats

250 ml fresh berries

15 ml lemon juice

1 medium apple, grated

125 ml water

Pinch of cinnamon

60 ml nuts of your choice

125 ml double cream yoghurt

45 ml brown sugar

Method

1. Make compote: Combine berries, lemon juice and sugar in a small sauce pan and cook on a medium heat for 5-8 min or until slightly sticky. Cool and refrigerate.

2. Gently toast nuts in a dry pan until lightly toasted.

3. Combine oats, grated apple, yoghurt, water and half the nuts and soak overnight in a sealed container in the refridgerator.
