Preparation Only
Ingredients
- 1 cup BOKOMO Oats (raw)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup vanilla yoghurt
- 1 tbsp syrup
- 3 drops vanilla essence
- 1 tbsp chocolate chips
Topping:
- 2 tbsp linseeds
- 1/2 fresh fruit
Method
- Cook BOKOMO Oats and place in a glass jar.
- Add all ingredients to jar.
- Stir thoroughly.
- Leave in fridge overnight (8 hours).
- Top with some linseeds and fresh fruit.
- Enjoy cold or warm (microwave for a few minutes).
