Ingredients
- 3 crushed WEET-BIX
- 1½ cup white flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ cup dark chocolate chips
- 60g margarine
- ¼ cup sugar
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- ¼ cup So Good Lite soy milk
Method
- Pre-heat oven to 180C.
- In a large bowl combine all dry ingredients.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
- Transfer into a small, greased baking tin and bake for 50-60 minutes.
