WEET-BIX Cheesy Meatballs

Ingredients
- 1 WEET-BIX biscuit
- ¾ cup fresh full cream milk
- 500g beef mince
- 1 egg
- 1 spoon BBQ spice
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- Half an onion (finely chopped)
- Salt & pepper
- Oil
Method
- Place the WEET-BIX in a medium mixing bowl and add the milk.
- Beat the egg in a separate bowl and add the mixture to the milk-soaked WEET-BIX.
- Add the mince and the rest of the ingredients.
- Mix everything together with a fork. Do not overmix, just make sure everything is blended well.
- Roll your mince into meatballs and fry on a medium heat for about 20 minutes until they are evenly browned.
- Serve on their own as a delicious snack, or with spaghetti, or as a side accompaniment to another main.
