WEET-BIX ‘iDombolo / Steamed bread

Ingredients
- 2 Cups self-raising flour
- 2 WEET-BIX biscuits
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Cup water
- 1 Tablespoon sugar
- 1 Tablespoon oil
- Pinch of salt
Method
- Sift the flour into a large bowl.
- Add crushed WEET-BIX as well as the rest of the dry ingredients.
- Add the eggs, oil and mix well.
- Make a well in the centre of your mixture and add the water. Mix until a dough is formed.
- Spoon the dough into ramekins of your choice (a mug works well) or a muffin tray.
- Steam for 30 minutes.
- Once steamed, remove from the pot and allow the ramekins to cool completely.
Remove the bread from the ramekins. Slice and serve with your choice of stew.
