Ingredients
- 4 WEET-BIX Protein biscuits
- 50 g BOKOMO oats
- 1 tablespoon cacao powder
- 1 scoop powdered peanut butter
- 1 ripe banana, mashed
- 50 ml honey, or any liquid sugar replacement
- 30 g coconut oil, melted
Method
- Crush WEET-BIX biscuits and mix together with dry ingredients.
- Add wet ingredients, mix together and spoon into a square tin and flatten.
- Allow to set in fridge for two hours.
- Cut into squares and enjoy.
