Ingredients

  • 4 WEET-BIX Protein biscuits
  • 50 g BOKOMO oats
  • 1 tablespoon cacao powder
  • 1 scoop powdered peanut butter
  • 1 ripe banana, mashed
  • 50 ml honey, or any liquid sugar replacement
  • 30 g coconut oil, melted

Method

  1. Crush WEET-BIX biscuits and mix together with dry ingredients.
  2. Add wet ingredients, mix together and spoon into a square tin and flatten.
  3. Allow to set in fridge for two hours.
  4. Cut into squares and enjoy.
